As a reader and artist who just turned 65, I am both mistrustful and gullible, a believer and a doubter and easily prone to ecstasy and boredom. I tend to sample images and ideas. I am more interested in the relationship between ideology and power than in either ideology or power in themselves. I love ideas but mistrust dogma of any kind.

My reading informs my work, which deals with all of the above.
